Hey everyone!
I'd like to post about classes at Pacific and I'd like to use one of my personal stories as an example! So as you all know, I am one of those crazy biological sciences/ pre-pharmacy major and after a crazy semester full of chemistry, genetics, public speaking, and calculus...
... I decided to take Human Anatomy over the summer! Alright guys, summer courses at Pacific are notorious for being super intense and crazy but a good thing I had on my side was a study buddy and best friend, Aileen!
Pacific is known to have tougher courses when it comes to science majors because of the huge influx of pre-pharmacy, pre-dentistry majors so it is really competitive. I think this competition is really good because you actually learn your material!
Well, back to the story... not only was Human Anatomy a 4 hour lecture every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but there was also a 4 hour lab every Tuesday and Thursday! I thought I was going to die with the quizzes everyday and the weekly practical and exams but it turned out to be the best course I've ever taken at Pacific. Every morning was a walk through the halls...

followed by 4 hours of lecturing from my now favorite professor, Dr. Anderson

then go to lab for four hours the every other day with my 2 TAs who are now my really good friends, Tony and Lindsey!

and although it required a lot of studying, I learned so much from that course and it was one of the funnest experiences (now that I look back on it :P)

So I would highly recommend just interacting with your professor and TAs, don't be afraid to ask for help when your behind, and just have fun while your at it!
